Printed information is just liter to those who cannot read it.
The Tri-State Literacy Council, on the third floor of the Cabell County Public Library in Huntington West Virginia is a place where adults with low literacy skills can find a personal tutor to help them learn to read or read better, for free. The council has a page on the library's web site: http://www.cabell.lib.wv.us/
